THIS CHARGING STATION PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (together with all exhibits appended hereto, this “Agreement”) is dated as of November __, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY, a Virginia public service corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dominion Energy, Inc. (“Dominion Energy Virginia”), and FREDERICKSBURG CITY SCHOOL BOARD, a body politic and political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “School Board”). Dominion Energy Virginia and the School Board each may be referred to herein as a “Party”, and collectively as the “Parties.”
