Further to my email and letter dated September 1, 2021, the Company has proposed a two-year status quo agreement. Specifically, in light of the introduction of Transport Canada’s Duty and Rest Period Rules (“DRPR”) in 2023, the Company maintains that the advancement of work rule changes by either party relating to DRPR during this round of bargaining will be, in our opinion, premature.
