This Agreement supersedes any and all previous agreements for steam service provided to the Customer by the Company at the above stated locations. The Agreement is available to any customer with less than 25,000,000 pounds of annual steam consumption. Steam service shall be delivered by the Company and received and paid for by the Customer under the following terms and conditions:

This Steam Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective upon execution by both Concord Power and Steam, LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company (“Cogen" or the "Seller"), and Concord Steam Corporation, a New Hampshire corporation (“CSC” or the "Buyer"). The Buyer and Seller together shall be known as the "Parties" or, individually, as the "Party."
