This Stipulated Collective Action Settlement Agreement is entered into by and among Plaintiff, PARIS COOKS (“Plaintiff” or “Cooks”), for himself individually and on behalf of the Settlement Collective, and Defendant, OVATIONS FOOD SERVICES, L.P., d/b/a SPECTRA FOOD SERVICES & HOSPITALITY1 (“Defendant” or “Ovations”) (Plaintiff and Defendant are referred to collectively as the “Parties”). This Settlement Agreement is intended by the Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, and subject to the approval of the Court.
