This Settlement shall be binding on Plaintiff and the Settlement Class that Plaintiff purports to represent and on Defendant and its present and former parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, related or affiliated companies, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, insurers, successors and assigns, and any individual or entity which could be jointly liable with Defendant, subject to the terms and conditions hereof and the approval of the Court.
