This Stipulated Protective Order and Confidentiality Agreement (the “Order” or the “Protective Order”) is entered into and agreed to by AS “SEB Banka” (“SEB”) and Danske Bank A/S (“Danske”, SEB and Danske are collectively referred to as the “Banks”), on the one hand, and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”), on the other hand. The Committee together with the Banks, are hereinafter each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties.” Pending entry of this Order by the Court, the Banks and the Committee agree to be bound by the terms of this Order and to conduct the production, review and distribution of information covered by this Order consistent with the terms herein.
