This Stipulation Regarding Silver Lake Park and Landscaping Fee-In-Lieu (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2019 between Eagle Mountain City, a Utah municipal corporation (“City”), Silver Lake Land, LLC (“Developer”), Rockcress Development, Inc. (“Rockcress”) and Flagship Homes, LLC (“Flagship”). City, Developer, Rockcress and Flagship shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
