THIS STORED VALUE PREPAID CARD SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of October 20, 2006, (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Morgan Beaumont, Inc. (“Company”), a Nevada corporation located at 6015 31st Street East, Bradenton, FL 34203 and Palm Desert National Bank (“Bank”), a national bank located at 73-745 El Paseo, Palm Desert, CA 92260. Each may be referred to here in as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
