This Stormwater Management System Maintenance Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this day of , 2017, by and between MV Eagan Ventures, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company; Sheldon Road Associates, L.L.C., a New Jersey limited liability company; M Land, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company; and Eagan V Land, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (collectively, the “Owner”), and the City of Eagan, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the “City”). The Owner and the City shall jointly be referred to as the “Parties”.
