Siemens has developed Stratos which is available to subscribers via the internet on a subscription basis. Stratos enables customers to manage traffic flow, infrastructure and the dissemination of information. The Customer wishes to use Stratos in its business and service delivery operations in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
