This contract based upon satisfactory performance by the contractor, will be evaluated at the end of the contract year and may be extended up to three years at the same price with mutual agreement both parties. N.C.R.C. has the right to cancel the contract at any time if contractor performance is unsatisfactory. First year of service starts 2011 and may be extended up to 2013.

Contractor agrees to provide street sweeping services to the BMSA as provided in this contract in a workmanlike manner for the streets described herein. The services as agreed hereunder shall be for sweeping accumulated gravel, dirt and debris from interior residential streets located in the following Battlement Mesa subdivisions: Tamarisk Village, Tamarisk Meadows, Saddleback Village, Monument Creek Village, Stone Ridge Village, Willow Creek Village, Battlement Creek Village and The Reserve.
