This agreement is made effective upon receipt of device, between the Morongo Unified School District (hereafter referred to as the “District”), the student (“student”), and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian (“parent”). The student and parent(s), in consideration of being provided with a device, software, and related materials (the “device”) for use while a student is attending the Morongo Unified School District, hereby agrees as follows:

The School District is providing access to its computer network and the internet for educational purposes only. Students and parents/guardians understand and agree to the following:

Student: I understand and will abide by the Board policy on Technology Use. I further understand that any violation of the regulations above is unethical and may constitute a criminal offense. Should I commit any violation, my access privileges may be revoked, and school disciplinary action and/or appropriate legal action may be taken.
