As part of our ongoing effort to enhance instruction at Samuel Ogle Middle School, your student will be issued a new Chromebook to be used during the day at school. He/she will be responsible for taking it to all Core subject classes and returning it to the cart for charging at the end of a designated class period. Please discuss with your student the importance of adhering to the Acceptable Use Policy as described in the Student Rights and Responsibilities Handbook and the guidelines listed below.

This agreement is an addition to and complimentary to the prevailing regular Student Acceptable or Responsible Use Agreement governing technology resources in CCCCSD by all students. This agreement is made effective upon receipt of a Chromebook between Crockett County Consolidated Common School District (CCCCSD), the student receiving a Chromebook (“student”), and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian (“Parent”). The Student and Parent(s) in consideration of being provided with a Chromebook, software, and related materials (the “Chromebook”) for use while a student is at CCCCSD hereby agree as follows:
