This 2018-19 East Campus Student Housing and Dining License (“License”) is entered into by the Licensee executing this License and California State University Monterey Bay (“CSUMB”) and University Corporation at Monterey Bay (“Corporation”), together referred to as “University”. Licensee has read and understands the following terms and conditions of this License. Licensee has also read and understands the fee structure and payment schedule.
