Oxbridge Academy (hereinafter “ Oxbridge”) provides every student with a laptop computer while attending the school. Students will be required to use the Oxbridge provided laptop to avoid any issues with compatibility that might disadvantage the student in the learning environment. This agreement applies to the laptop issued to the student upon entering Oxbridge, as well as any loaner or replacement laptop that may be provided to the student during the time they are a student at Oxbridge. By accepting possession of the laptop, the software, and the related peripherals such as manuals, charger, cables, carrying case, etc., the student and parent(s) or guardian(s) understand that by signing this agreement where indicated below, they agree to participate in the Oxbridge Student Laptop Program and also agree to the following terms and conditions:

This form must be signed by the student and parent/guardian and returned to the school before the student is able to participate in the Take Home Program.
