Students must provide: a) completed permit agreement, b) a valid drivers’ license, c) proof of insurance, d) $25 annual fee (paid by cash or check) Permits may be re-issued for a change of vehicle, at no charge, provided the old sticker is returned. If old sticker cannot be returned a second permit will cost $5.
