Any occupancy of the Residence by the Student outside these dates will only be permitted if the University grants such rights in writing, which will be subject to a separate Agreement. This is a formal document intended to create legally binding obligations between the Student and the University – the Student must make sure they read and understand it before committing to it by confirming online that the Student accepts the Accommodation Offer. If anything is unclear then please ask the Accommodation Office.
