Glebe Prom 2024 is a school sanctioned event. As such, all attendees (students and guests) must abide by the school code of conduct and follow the rules, as outlined below. Any student or guest that does not follow these rules will be asked to leave the premises and may face school sanctions. As well, parents/guardians will be contacted to arrange transportation home. Each student or guest must sign this form to confirm the rules have been read, understood, and accepted before a ticket will be issued. Tickets may be revoked without reimbursement if rules are not respected.
