Memberships and Pilates Activities are provided and managed by Pilates Heaven Ltd. These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) set out the agreement between Pilates Heaven Ltd, (‘Us’, ‘We’, ‘Our’) and Members (‘You’, ‘Your’, ‘Them’, Their’, ‘They’) using our studio (‘Our Facility’) to participate in our Pilates Classes (‘Our Activities’) operated by Pilates Heaven Ltd.

The purpose of this document is to provide guidance for members regarding the provision and use of services and facilities provided by Infinity Records. All members are deemed to have read and accepted this agreement, and to be fully bound by these. Infinity Records retains the right to vary these terms and conditions as required to regulate use of the facility and the conduct of users.
