This Agreement is entered into by and between Massachusetts College of Art and Design ("the College") and the Student. The College and the Student agree that the Student may use assigned studio space for the furtherance of their education at the College. The College and the Student agree that any rights granted under this agreement shall be exercised in a responsible manner in the best interests of the College and the College community. Pikes Peak Library District (PPLD) provides patrons with the opportunity to use its Studio facilities and equipment, as described in more detail below. All patron use of Studio facilities and equipment is entirely optional and voluntary and is for purposes of recreation, education, and/or self-improvement.

This Work of Art Agreement (the "Agreement"), when signed by the applicant and accepted by Southside Unlimited, constitutes a binding contract between Southside Unlimited and the studio participant signing the signature page of this Agreement. Rights, privileges and obligations commence when the Agreement is signed by both parties (the "Effective Date").

A studio technician is available upon advanced notice, at a charge of $ ( & /100 dollars) per . In the event that a request is made for additional time, the STUDIO shall not be required to provide a studio technician. In the event that a technician is available, but additional work would require overtime payment, such overtime shall be paid by USER.
