vendor, and Wrights Concessions LLC., acting for BATS, (Berliner Action Team for Sports) and the City of Columbus. Effective period will be from herein signing date through 12/31/2020. This is by no means an agreement stating we will use you each week. Rather an agreement saying we may use you from time to time & you understand what is expected of you when you are invited to participate in our events. We can at anytime elect not to use you for future events regardless of this agreement. Our purpose is to provide food and beverage items to participants and spectators for events at Berliner Sports Park, and other City of Columbus owned parks, by invitation only of Wrights Concessions LLC.
