AMENDMENT made as of this 30th day of April 2005 to the Subadvisory Agreement dated April 30, 2001 (the “Agreement”), between John Hancock Investment Management Services, LLC (formerly, Manufacturers Securities Services, LLC), a Delaware limited partnership (the “Adviser”), and Davis Selected Advisers, L.P, a Colorado limited partnership (the “Subadviser”).
