The terms of this contract shall be for the period commencing October 1, 2023 and shall continue through September 30, 2024, contingent upon the receipt of funds through the Michigan Department of Education. The term may be extended by 1 year with approval of both parties and the Michigan Department of Education/ Michigan Lifelong Education Advancement and Potential (MiLEAP).

Detroit Public Schools Community District (“District”) agrees to act as a subgrantor for Boys and Girls Club of Southeast Michigan (“Provider”) to implement the {Economic Mobility Youth Programming} approved in Michigan’s adopted budget and outlined by Michigan Department of Education (“MDE”).
