The City of Minneapolis and the Metropolitan Council agree that the subordinate funding agreement entered into on July 13, 2011 relating to labor and materials to install water valves for isolation of the water main on Washington Avenue, the Transitway, and University Avenue in 2010 for Pre-Civil West Construction is amended in the following particulars:
