This Deed of Trust amends, supersedes and restates that certain Subordinated Deed of Trust with Assignment of Rents, dated as of June 9, 1993 and recorded on June 14, 1993 in the Official Records of the San Diego County Recorder’s Office as Document No. 1993-0374214, by Trustor for the benefit of the former Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego, a public body, corporate and politic (“Former RDA”). As of February 1, 2012, the Former RDA dissolved by operation of law, at which time the Former RDA’s housing assets and contractual obligations transferred to the City as the successor housing entity to the Former RDA.
