The undersigned (referred to herein as the “Purchaser”) hereby irrevocably undertakes to the Corporation to subscribe for and agrees to purchase from the Corporation, and the Corporation agrees to allot and issue, that number of common shares of the Corporation (the “Subscribed for Shares” and each individually, a “Subscribed for Share”) equal to the aggregate subscription price set forth below (the “Aggregate Subscription Price”), representing a subscription price of C$3.25 per Subscribed for Share (the “Subscription Price”), upon and subject to the attached terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
