SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT FOR PARTNER BUNDLE(S)Subscription Agreement for Partner • August 16th, 2019
This Subscription Agreement for Partner Bundle(s) (“Agreement”) is between “User” (either as an individual or single legal entity) and Intergraph Corporation doing business as Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure (“Hexagon”) and, together with the EULA, governs User’s use and access to one or more sets of software products with which this Agreement is provided ( “Partner Bundle(s)”). This Agreement shall be considered to modify the EULA with respect to the additional terms contained herein applicable to User’s use of Partner Bundle(s). All other terms and conditions of the EULA shall be in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between any provision of this Agreement and the EULA, this Agreement shall supersede, but only to the extent necessary to reconcile the conflict.
