This SUBSCRIPTION AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of November 14, 2013, is made by and between Blue Eagle Holdings, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Parent”), and the undersigned shareholder of the Company (the “Investor”).
