(“Documentation”) (the Software and Documentation are together referred to as the “Product”) to you (the individual and business entity you represent (“you”) only if you accept all the terms and conditions of this Pepperdata Subscription License and Service Agreement (“Agreement”). Such access will be provided through the software marketplace (the “AWS Marketplace”) operated by Amazon Web Services, Inc. (“AWS”). You understand and agree that Pepperdata may modify this Agreement from time to time, as further provided in this Agreement. This document is a binding legal agreement between you (either an individual person or a single legal entity) ("Licensee") and BrightWork (as defined below), the licensor of the BrightWork® Software (the "Software"). The Software includes any Software updates, add-on components, web services and/or supplemental software that BrightWork may provide to Licensee for use with the Software, unless such items are accompanied by a separate license agreement or terms of use. This Agreement also covers technical support services (“Services”) that relate to the Software, as provided by or for BrightWork. This Agreement is effective from the date of Software receipt (“Effective Date”). From time to time, BrightWork may modify this Agreement. Unless otherwise stated by BrightWork, changes become effective for existing subscription customers upon renewal of their then current Subscription Term. Customers’ continued use of the Software during the renewal Subscription Term will constitute acceptance
