This Order Form is subject to the terms of that certain Subscription License and Services Agreement between NEC PAYMENTS B.S.C. (CLOSED) (“NECP”) and APPTECH CORP. (“Licensee”) with an effective date of 1 October 2020 (the “Agreement”). All terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Agreement.
