This Amendment to Subscription Agreement (this “Amendment”) is entered into by and between CENAQ Energy Corp. (“CENAQ”) and Arb Clean Fuels Management LLC (“ARB” and collectively with CENAQ, the “Parties”) as of February 13, 2023.
