This Amendment to Subscription Agreement (this “Amendment”) is entered into by and between CENAQ Energy Corp. THIS SUBSCRIPTION TERMINATION AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of this 31st day of May 2020 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Toga Limited, a Nevada corporation (the ''Company"), and Agel Enterprises International Sdn.
