DEMAND LICENSE (this “Agreement”), is entered into by and between CPT Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Licensor”), and Netflix, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Licensee”) on December 6, 2013, to be effective as of November 12, 2013 (“Effective Date”).
