This Intellectual Property & Subsidiary Assignment (the “Assignment” or “Agreement”) is entered on October 7th, 2014, by and between CANNABICS PHARMACEUTICALS INC., a publicly traded Nevada Corporation in good standing, (“Assignor”) and CANNABICS INC., a Delaware Corporation in good standing (“Assignee”).
