Approve Agreement with Technical Resource Management, dba Norchem Drug Testing, relating to providing urinalysis specimen collection and substance abuse testing services in an amount not to exceed $325,000 for period July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015 with the option to extend for four additional one-year terms, that has been reviewed and approved by County Counsel as to form and legality.
