This Amendment supersedes the previous Contract Special Terms and Conditions (as amended) in its entirety. The purpose of this Amendment is to clarify the content going forward through re-ordering the sections, to add new requirements, to delete some requirements (such as ADATSA and Disability Lifeline which are now taken care of through Medicaid/Apple Health) and to clean up inaccuracies.
