THIS AGREEMENT is made this 7th day of March 2024,between METRO-NORTH COMMUTER RAILROAD COMPANY, a public benefit subsidiary corporation of Metropolitan Transportation Authority, ("MTA"), with its principal office at 420 Lexington Avenue, 11th Floor, New York, New York, 10170 (hereinafter referred to as "Railroad" or “Metro-North”) as operator of the railroad line property, and Town of Bedford with its principal office located at 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills, New York 10507, (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee").
