This consulting agreement (this “Agreement”) is made this 4th day of February, 2004, between Siteworks,Inc., an NQB pink sheet public company (“SRKS"), having a principal place of business located at 2534 N Miami Avenue, Miami Florida and [Nassau International Consultants Inc.], having a principal residence at 752a Hempstead Turnpike, Franklin Square, New York 11010 (collectively the “Parties” and each individually a “Party”).
