You have purchased a Suite License for a certain Suite in the Blue Zone section of Kenan Memorial Stadium (the “Stadium”). If you have joined together with others to purchase a Suite License, “you” will be considered a joint and several holder of the Suite License with the right to occupy the number of Suite seats stated in your Confirmation; however, for all other purposes, you will have joint and several liability for the full Suite License Fee with your co-holders along with all other obligations that arise under this Agreement. This Blue Zone Suite License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is incorporated into the Blue Zone Suite License Confirmation (the “Confirmation”) between you and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (the “University”). By accepting the Confirmation, you also agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
BOSHAMER SUITE LICENSE AGREEMENTSuite License Agreement • January 24th, 2012 • North Carolina
You have purchased a Suite License for a certain Suite in Boshamer Stadium (the “Stadium”). If you have joined together with others to purchase a Suite License, “you” will be considered a joint and several holder of the Suite License with the right to occupy the number of Suite seats stated in your Confirmation; however, for all other purposes, you will have joint and several liability for the full Suite License Fee with your co-holders along with all other obligations that arise under this Agreement. This Boshamer Suite License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is incorporated into the 2012 Boshamer Suite License Confirmation (the “Confirmation”) between you and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (the “University”). By accepting the Confirmation, you also agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Suite License Agreement (this “Agreement”) will confirm that Tykbroker Corporation d/b/a Fanatyks (“Licensee”) has agreed to license from Marlins Stadium Operator, LLC (“Licensor”) a private suite at Marlins Park (the “Ballpark”), which is the home of the Major League Baseball (“MLB”) team known as the Miami Marlins (the “Marlins”), during the Term, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below and in the attached exhibits, which are incorporated into and form a part of this Agreement. Unless otherwise defined, all capitalized terms used below are defined in the attached Exhibit A. Licensee and Licensor have agreed as follows:
STANDARD SINGLE EVENT SUITE LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONSSuite License Agreement • April 19th, 2019
These Standard Single Event Suite License Terms and Conditions (“Suite Terms”) are fully incorporated into the Sponsorship Agreement, together with any exhibits and/or amendments thereto between Jacksonville Jaguars, LLC (“Club”) and the sponsor receiving a license to use a suite as part of the sponsorship benefits (“Licensee”). To the extent that any provision of these Suite Terms conflicts with any provision of the Sponsorship Agreement, the applicable provision of the Sponsorship Agreement shall govern. Except as expressly set forth in the Sponsorship Agreement, the use of the suite granted by Club to Licensee hereunder shall be subject to, and Licensee shall at times comply with, all terms and conditions set forth in these Suite Terms and the Standard Terms and Conditions attached to the Sponsorship Agreement. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein have the respective meanings given to them in the Sponsorship Agreement.
