SUMMER DOCKAGE AGREEMENTSummer Dockage Agreement • February 1st, 2018
This Agreement is valid only for boat and owner named above and is not transferrable. All accounts are to be paid in full before any boat can occupy the dock. This contract and payment is due October 31st. Payments not made timely will nullify this Agreement and docks will be rented on a first come, first serve basis. Dockage is for the summer season beginning no earlier than April 15th and ending no later than October 31st. .

Slip # Leased prior year Slip # current year Summer Dockage Rate for Requested Slip $ X .20 = $ Deposit Method of payment, please check one of the following: _ Payment in full before November 1 (deduct 2% discount) _ Payment in full before January 1 (deduct 1% discount) _ Bill me _ Equal Payments (up to 8) on the 1st of each month beginning November 1. Fees must be paid in full by June 15. Payments not received within 30 days of billing will be assessed a 5% monthly late charge. MEMBER AGREES THAT ALL CHARGES FOR SPACE RENTAL, REPAIRS, SUPPLIES, MATERIALS, OR OTHER SERVICES ACCRUING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL GIVE LHBC A VALID LIEN UPON MEMBER'S BOAT. FAILURE TO PAY ANY CHARGES DUE WILL SUBJECT MEMBER TO LATE CHARGES OF 5% MONTHLY, THE LOSS OF YOUR SLIP ASSIGNMENT AND THE "FAILURE TO PAY - LIEN" PROVISIONS ON THE BACK OF THIS CONTRACT.
