This Summer Explorations Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between The Greater Dayton School, located at 171 Deeds Park Dr. Dayton Oh 45402, hereinafter referred to as the "School," and the undersigned parent/guardian, hereinafter referred to as the "Parent/Guardian," on behalf of the child, hereinafter referred to as the "Student." This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the participation of the Student in the summer explorations program offered by the School.
