It is the understanding of both the student and the parent/guardian that Upward Bound has agreed to pay 100% of the approved tuition costs for students who successfully complete the dual credit course(s) with a grade of “B” or better and 50% of the approved tuition costs for students that earn a grade of “C” or lower in the approved dual credit course(s).
