All Saints is committed to contextual training and experiential learning. Our placement policy reflects this and ministerial students are on placement for the whole of their time with us. We want there to be dialogue throughout training between issues that arise from placements, in the classroom and in private study. The placement supervisor’s role in exploring these issues through regular supervision is crucial.
