This Supplemental License Agreement (“Supplemental License Agreement”), dated as of March 30, 2007 (the “Commencement Date”), is by and among Purdue Pharma L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, The P.F. Laboratories, Inc., a New Jersey corporation, Purdue Pharmaceuticals L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the foregoing are individually and collectively referred to as the “Purdue Companies”), and IMPAX Laboratories, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“IMPAX”). The Purdue Companies and IMPAX are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
