In consideration of the covenants and promises contained within the Marketing Agreement previously entered into between Riceland Foods, Inc. and the undersigned Grower relative to the marketing of delivered by Grower to Riceland, it is hereby mutually agreed that the Marketing Agreement shall be amended so that Riceland will advance to Grower in an amount not to exceed $ as payment for the commodity delivered.
