THIS SUPPLEMENTAL PROPERTY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and effective as of February , 2019 (the “Execution Date”) by and between Mark Twain Health Care District, a political subdivision of the State of California (“District”), and Mark Twain Medical Center, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“MTMC”). District and MTMC are referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
