This SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRICTED SHARE UNIT AWARD AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), made as of this 14 day of June 2016, between Willis Towers Watson Public Limited Company (together with its successors and assigns, the “Company”), and John Haley (the “Participant”), is made pursuant to the terms of the Willis Towers Watson Public Limited Company 2012 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended (the “Plan”). Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the meanings set forth in the Plan.
