THIS AGREEMENT is hereby made and entered into as of September 1, 2023, by and between the Boardman Local School District, hereinafter, “District”, a public school district duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of Ohio, with its principal office at 7777 Glenwood Avenue, Boardman, Ohio 44512, and Community Bus Services, Inc., hereinafter, “CBS”, a corporation duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the state of Ohio, with its principal office at 11 Central Federal Plaza, Suite 1500, Youngstown, Ohio 44503.
