Company d/b/a AmerenCILCO, Central Illinois Public Service Company d/b/a AmerenCIPS, and Illinois Power Company d/b/a AmerenIP (each a “Company” and, collectively, the “Companies”), each a corporation and a public utility organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois, and (the “BGS-FP Supplier”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of .
