Whereby the Company will market the Provider’s accommodation on our website (and by other means as we consider appropriate) at Charges as set out on the Providor website, or lower rates as agreed at time of enquiry. Any exceptions to the Company’s means of marketing the Provider must be agreed between both parties in writing.
