Kimberly-Clark expects all suppliers to be fully FATCA compliant in all countries where they operate. Suppliers must provide Kimberly-Clark with appropriate Tax ID information. As applicable, provide Tax ID, VAT, ABN, GST, PAN, etc. depending on country specifications.
